A woman from Cilacap, known as Supriyantini, caused an uproar among residents in Banyumas Regency, Central Java. This incident began when Supriyatini, accompanied by her brother, went to Ajibarang Market, to shop for vegetables. Arriving at the Ajibarang Market, Supriyatini bought vegetables, then met people selling fireworks and firecrackers in the store's porch. Supriyatini then buys firecrackers from a seller named Joni. He got three small firecrackers cartons, which contained about 30 thousand pieces of firecrackers. After that the firecrackers are placed and carried in a basket made of gunny sack. When he returned by riding a motorcycle, to be precise at the Wangon Terminal intersection, the gunny basket where the firecrackers caught fire due to the heat of the exhaust, so the firecrackers in the gunny sack caught fire and exploded. The motorcycle that the victim was driving finally stopped. Then, with the help of the residents, the victim was finally rescued and the eruption of the firecrackers was extinguished. From Supriyatini's statement, he planned to buy the firecrackers to be resold in Cilacap. The police who knew about this incident, immediately conducted a search to the Ajibarang Market, and managed to confiscate thousands of firecrackers and secure the seller known as Joni.
