Japan water main breaks, causes massive flooding in Eastern Tokyo
A water main break occurred in Kameido, Koto-ku in Eastern Tokyo, Japan on Monday, April 26, and a road was temporarily closed.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Waterworks Bureau, no one was injured.
The footage was filmed and posted on social media by @nobb_s; @morishimayouhei.
