A man disguised himself as Yamraj, the Hindu god of death and justice, to spread awareness regarding the pandemic in central India's Madhya Pradesh on April 25. The incident took place in Panna.

Visuals feature the man disguised as Yamraj walking on the isolated streets of the region. He uses a microphone to make announcements and urges the people to stay indoors. The face shield-clad Yamraj lookalike laughs as he walks past the roads, followed by a group of police officials.

The police officials have been trying different measures to make the locals understand the seriousness of the pandemic and to make them adhere to the lockdown. One such attempt included a man dressing up as Yamraj and telling the people that not following the COVID-19 guidelines makes him unhappy.

Moreover, the man moved around with a team of police officials and a microphone and made announcements to make the locals aware of the pandemic protocols. Meanwhile, the police officials also took action against some people who were out on the streets while the region was under lockdown.
