Truck smashes into petrol station in China as motorist suffers driver fatigue
A truck smashed into a petrol station in eastern China as the motorist suffered from driver fatigue.
The CCTV video, captured in the city of Xuzhou in Jiangsu Province on April 20, shows an out-of-control truck suddenly smashing into a petrol station, knocking down a refuelling machine and a pole before it stopped.
White smoke then came out of the truck cabin and a petrol station employee carried fire extinguishers to extinguish any flames.
After firefighters and an ambulance arrived, the driver trapped in the truck was taken out and paramedics checked his injuries immediately.
According to reports, the truck lost control as the driver felt sleepy due to driver fatigue.
