Fresh pork is chopped into bite-sized pieces then lightly dried and completely mechanically mixed with spices. The cake is divided into small, uniform quantities of green beans, meat ... and pressed into squares by machine to prevent the filling from breaking.

The filling with sticky rice is arranged in the mold of the leaves. Next, the cake is pressed tightly and tied by machine to ensure stability. Then, Chung cake is placed in a cage and boiled for 8 hours. The cake has a size of 15x15 cm, a thickness of 5 cm, the price is about 6.5 USD / piece.
