Chinese citizens show robust continued demand for COVID-19 vaccinations: Long Lines in Hebei

After receiving notification of the arrival of 1100 doses of COVID-19 vaccine the previous night, residents in Shijiazhuang, Hebei China began lining up at 7:00 am for the chance to get vaccinated, showing ongoing strong demand several months into Beijing's domestic vaccination program. The orderly line was long and winding; most people waited over 3 hours, including the filmer. Many came prepared and brought small stools for sitting. Upon entrance to the temporary vaccination centre, staff checked temperatures, gave verbal questionnairres for suitablility, entered personal information into the computer system, scanned ID's, and jabs were given. The vaccination information immediately updated on smartphone health codes. For people receiving their first vaccination, they will return in 3-8 weeks for the second jab.
