A man from Tipperary in Ireland pulled off an amusing prank on his mother last month.

Steven Crowe convinced his mother Siobhan that if she kept staring at the flame of his cigarette lighter she would hear a firework.

While Siobhan was concentrating the lighter, her friend Carmel crept up behind her and banged two pots together making her jump.

"We told Siobhan that if she kept concentrating on the flame, she would hear a firework sound. I'm sure this wasn't what she was expecting lol," said the filmer of the clip Donna Mitchell.

In this clip, Steven Crowe convinces Siobhan Crowe to keep concentrating on the fire started by him. Meanwhile, the prank victim's friend, Carmel Mitchell enters the scene with two pots in her hand and bangs them, scaring Siobhan as a result.
