This woman in Aviano, Italy, welcomed home her American husband from military duty with a surprise pregnancy reveal.

Alexis Figueroa filmed as her husband Joshua returned home in August 2019. She handed him a gift bag that contained a note indicating their family would be getting bigger.

Figueroa said: "This is me telling my Air Force husband that I was pregnant. We later found out that I was pregnant with twins. They are about to turn 2!"
