Child labor at 7-11 as boy, 8, delivers 18kg of water on his back
A boy (later found out to be 8 years old) is filmed working delivering water at a 7-11 in Hua Hin, Thailand. A popular resort town with expats.
I watched this young boy who was working with another, older lad (17/18) delivering goods to well known convenience store chain 7-11.
He appears to be working under the supervision of a retail delivery company worker, inside the van and was freely allowed by all staff and management at the 7-11 to continue to deliver goods into the store. This continued for approx 15 minutes.
In this particular clip, the boy is seen carrying 3 x 12x500ml water bottles on his back - that's 18 kilograms.
