Man converts boat into floating ambulance to create awareness and ferry critical covid patients to hospital in Kashmir

Tariq Ahmad Patalo, a Kashmiri man who built a boat ambulance to help COVID patients last year, started an assistant camapaign in Dal Lake as India is reeling under sever covid storm.

Tariq has kept his floating ambulance on a standby 24 hours for criticall covid patients.

When not ferrying, he rows across the lake announcing on his loudspeaker and educating people to follow proper covid hygiene and protocols.

The residents of srinagar nestled around Dal lake ears his advice properly and hence has managed to keep a check on the spread of the new mutant virus.

The summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir lacks proper medical assistance and ao that the medical system doesn't collapse further, Tariq has made sure to take the awareness drive to ensure the safety of his people.

When critically ill patients are refused by other boat operators, his ambulance boat equipped with all proper sustainable medical facility comes to their rescue
