This is the bizarre moment a lowlife female thief was caught on CCTV stealing crocheted items from a knitted display outside a crafts shop. The yob was captured on camera callously ripping colourful flowers and rainbows off a fence outside Wotahoot arts and crafts store in Worcester, on May 1. At one point she even looks up and smiles at the camera before she continues to trash the yarn display, which was created by people with learning difficulties.
