This footage was filmed and produced 7 May 2021.

The pandemic has forced many believers in Ghana to change their religious practices, with churches turning to online services and donations, and live streaming funerals. More than 70 percent of the West African country's 30 million people are Christian, mainly Pentecostals or Evangelists, who have had to abide by strict rules in churches to contain the spread of the coronavirus.

The video shows the prayer meeting in the evening at the church. In Ghana, the ban on church meetings was lifted, provided that all the conditions of the protocol were met. This church follows all the rules. The faithful wash their hands, the church provides disinfectants and well-organized seating areas.

Video location: Accra, Ghana.
