New pop up store displays lifesize Statues of the late Sir Captain Tom Moore

A sculptor has opened a temporary store at a Leeds retail park, to showcase some of their work to the public, including a life size bronze statue of the late Sir Captain Tom Moore. Tony Clark of Clark Sculptures, opened a pop up store on 1st May at The Springs retail park in Leeds., which will allow the public to come and see the beautful piece of art, before being sited permanently in Keighley, West Yorkshire by Bradford Council. Sir Captain Tom Moore was famous for raising over £30 million pounds for the NHS by walking 100 laps around his garden on the run up to his 100th birthday. As well as the Bronze staue of Sir Tom, their is also a full size resin version which was used to cast the bronze statue and the store also has smaller sporting Leeds United Football legends such as team manager Marcelo Bielsa sitting on a stool and Billy Bremner on his knees after scoring a goal. Other sculptures include boxing legend Tyson fury and more of Clarks work is due in the store at a later date.
