In the video, the man is proceeding to harvest honey. He didn't wear any protective gear. He said he had been stung by bees so many times that he no longer felt pain when stung by bees.
The filmer was wearing protective gear to avoid the bees attack. And the man still calmly took the honey trays from the hive despite the bees were attacking him repeatedly to protect the hive.
