Nearly one thousand pro-Palestinian protesters marched in Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 11 outside of Senator Amy Klobuchar's office demanding that the U.S. stop funding Israel's occupation of Palestine.

The demonstration follows recent protests in Jerusalem against the eviction of Palestinians from Sheikh Jarrah.

On Tuesday, May 11, a crowd of around 1,000 people gathered in Minneapolis outside of Senator Amy Klobuchar's office to rally in support of Palestinians. The crowd marched down Washington Avenue in Minneapolis before turning around and stopping on the bridge over I-35. While on the bridge a large number of men prayed in the middle of the bridge. The protest was planned on Monday in response to the IDF's aggress on Palestine. Attendees were demanding that the U.S. stop funding Israel's occupation of Palestine.
