'This is the painful moment Stephanie Nychka realized why only professionals are allowed to do risky stunts.

In this clip, Christopher Thompson films Stephanie as she attempts to replicate a jaw-dropping BMX trick she saw gymnast Amanda Ruby perform. However, discarding certain key factors causes her to fall hip-first onto the ground.

She said: "I saw another girl try this stunt on a 20” BMX. I thought it looked like something I could do! I didn’t factor in that I was on a much larger bike, a foot taller, 20 years older, and that I am not a gymnast!"

She added: "I think I knew it probably wasn’t a good idea, but I wanted to at least try it."
