The Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan held a joint patrol to anticipate a round trip in Jakarta on the eve of Lebaran 2021.
The joint patrol was led directly by Anies Baswedan, the Head of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, Inspector General of Police. Fadil Imran, and Pangkodam Jaya Major General TNI Dudung Abdurachman.
After the patrol, Anies revealed that the situation in the capital was conducive and there were no residents who were stubborn about doing the takbir around.
Polda Metro Jaya has also imposed filtering and "car free nights" and closure of protocol roads since 22.00 WIB, to limit the movement of residents who are still stubborn about carrying out takbir around.
