One-armed student stuns crowd by winning 100-metre race in China
A one-armed student stuned a crowd by winning a 100-metre race in southern China.
The video filmed at the Southwest University of China shows the moment the teenager won the race with a time of 11.26 seconds.
It’s reported that the boy called Tao Zhiqiang, 22, practised running every day and fell down to the ground but he insisted on running.
To strengthen his balance, he does push-ups and one-leg squats every day. He said: "There is no shortcut, just practice again and again."
The video was filmed in Chongqing on May 7 and provided by local media.
