Shelves at London Debenhams stripped bare as retailer closes remaining stores
Shelves at a Debenhams outlet in Romford, east London, were stripped bare as the retailer prepares to shut the remaining few stores.
Footage from May 14 shows a barren-looking store as the British retailer will transition to only selling items online.
As a result of Debenhams closing its stores, 12,000 employees have lost their jobs.
