Residents Hold Banners Refusing to Return Homecomers to Jakarta Without Covid-19 Tests

Residents on Jalan Pancoran Barat XI, South Jakarta unfurled a banner reading "No Entry! Returning travelers did not bring the results of the Covid-19 swab test".
Jakarta residents are worried that if the travelers who return to Jakarta on the return flow from the 2021 Eid homecoming will bring Covid-19 to their territory. They are also worried that travelers will transmit this virus if travelers do not bring negative results from the Covid-19 test.
Previously, there were 1.5 million people who were determined to carry out the Eid Al-Fitr homecoming in 2021 even though the government had banned homecoming to prevent the transmission of Covid-19.
