Metro employees strike in Sao Paulo during the pandemic

The São Paulo Metro went on strike at 12:00 am on Wednesday and lines 1-Blue, 2-Green and 3-Red started to operate partially at 7am (Brasília time) in some sections. The strike is related to a wage dispute. People were waiting for the release of the gates at 06:00 am, which did not happen.
The video shows crowds of people waiting for the metro to start working again.
