Baltimore Police Review footage after Police arrest from within the store.
Baltimore police reviewing footage from inside of corner store after placing a known local " no shoe jones" at the intersection off North and Pennsylvania in Baltimore Mayland. Police use body cam to record off the stores security camera. People outside store say police agitated scene after asking to move vehicle. Made it unable to get to car, used force, and "No Shoes Jones" was limp and unable to hold head up as police load transport van.
