Naughty monkey holds pet chicken hostage to get food from owner
Amusing footage shows a naughty monkey holding a pet chicken hostage until it was given food.
The primate was seen holding the clueless bird while he sat on the top of a concrete pillar under a roof in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on March 1.
Pet owner Budaq Kampunq said he was looking for his chicken to feed but he wondered why it was not in the cage.
As he searched around he saw the silly pet monkey holding the chicken hostage. He had to give the monkey food so it would release the bird.
Kampunq said: "Maybe he was just jealous because I always fed the chicken first before him."
The monkey was given food and released the chicken before scampering away with its snack.
