In 2019 we (John Imrie & Kurt Hill) decided to buy the ugliest car we could get our hands on at the time and make it 10x worse as a video idea for the YouTube channel: 'John Imrie'. This included painting the car, adding a huge spoiler, fake vents, racing stripes, a loud exhaust, tints, a subwoofer, neon lights and many other mods that we thought would make it look like a horribly built old school boy racer. Although ridiculous this was the kind of stuff we grew up as kids wanting to do to cars growing up in the need for speed, pimp my ride era, so we were secretly loving this. It has recently blown up on TikTok (john.imrie) with a lot of viewers calling for a fiat multipla to be done instead, we are keen to do a similar project to a multipla but go more extreme with it, but for that I may soon set a target on tiktok for 10k subs on youtube for us to make a start on this. The reason being covid put off two road trip series and car transformation ideas that we want to get done first. The channel is not only bad car/cowboy customisations and road trips but it has been so enjoyable to make content around this so it will continue to be a feature of the channel. We are also the makers of the mobile driving range that went extremely viral last year and we are looking forward to our next project car
