'With the initial wave of the COVID-19 pandemic rendering it difficult for people to meet even their neighbors, these flat residents in Turin, Italy came up with an idea to get around the said hurdle.
Filmed on March 13, 2020, this clip features Italians of an apartment building hosting a gathering by appearing on their respective balconies to sing songs and blast music.
