Two wild bison calves rescued without giving anaesthesia in South India.

Kannuthu is a village in Trichy district of Tamilnadu. This village is located in a hilly area. So animals venturing into human habitation is a regular habit in this area. Like wise a herd of bison crossed this village. But two calves from the herd accidentally fell into the 70 feet deep well. Fire and rescue team along with the forest department official s tried to get the calves out but their efforts was failed.

Then a crane was brought and rescue team officials went inside the well in large cans. Then they caught the calves and tied a rope around them and the calves was brought up. Later they were left in the deep woods within a second the calves disappeared in the thin air.
