This man uses a cannon-like cooking tool to make a traditional puffed rice in New Taipei City, Taiwan. This is a traditional sweets in Taiwan and this man uses rice and wheat and put it in the machine, and cook it about 10 minutes. Then he says 'Please be careful, it will explode!!!' and he pulls the stick to leave the pressure out. His 'warming' is also for notify people 'the sweets is almost ready' so people come closer and make a queue. His wife cooks sugar and mix it with the rice, sesame and peanut. He has been selling the puffed rice for over 20 years. You can barely find this style stall around Taiwan but it getting less and less recently.
