Mount Sinabung in Indonesia erupted again, but the height of the ash column wasn't observed as it was dark.

In footage filmed on June 6, 2021 at 23:50 show the lighting strike and roar during Mount Sinabung erupts.

This eruption was recorded on the seismogram of the Mount Sinabung observation post with a maximum amplitude of 36 mm and a duration of ± 1 minute 25 seconds.

An observer of the Sinabung Volcano Observation Post, Armen Putra, told the media that the Sinabung eruption caused a rain of sand and stones around Kutarayat village, Naman Teran sub-district, Karo district and a thunderous sound was heard from Mount Sinabung.

Willy Hendrico, the video filmer located in Kutarayat, a radius of 5 kilometers from the slopes of Sinabung, felt a strong vibration when Sinabung erupted.

Meanwhile, the ash rain reached Medan, the capital city of North Sumatra province.
