New cycling time trial passes through iconic Kingsferry Bridge in Kent, UK
Wigmore Cycling Club organised a 10 mile time trial on 9 June on the new 'Q10/45' course, which runs from Iwade to the Cowstead roundabout on the Isle of Sheppey.
Amateur riders passed through the iconic Kingsferry Bridge landmark twice, as they attempt to complete the 10 mile course in the quickest time possible after being set off at intervals.
Footage shows riders passing through the unique structure, which is believed to be the only lifting road & rail bridge in the UK.
