That's a big Bambi! Newborn calf elk walks on wobbly legs by Idaho trailcam
A newly born calf elk on wobbly legs follows its mother to a pond in Idaho early June in the evening where it is licked by its mother, sniffs things and then feeds right smack in front of the trail camera. They are so close to the camera that you can see the flies that are present. Apparently storm clouds become so thick that the camera turns to infra-red the last minute of so of the video as the cow and calf leave the area.
