A woman used a knife to cut noodles from dough at an incredibly fast speed in Hue in Vietnam.

The impressive video, shot on June 7, shows a woman using a knife to cut the dough into small pieces into the boiling water with pork, beef and fish inside.

The woman said she had to cut the dough quickly to prevent them from sticking together.

The woman and her husband have been selling Vietnamese street food for over 15 years and their small restaurant is always packed with customers to watch her making noodles with a knife.
