Figurative artist Saja Mouse, 26, turned my ruined room into an art gallery that speaks of hope instead of pain.
My weapon is my paintings that embody the tragedy that a large number of my people are going through after the war on Gaza.
I chose my paintings from the rubble to bear witness to the destruction, massacres, and crimes that Israel has committed against defenseless civilians

Among the ruins of her home that was partially destroyed by the Israeli bombing, the plastic artist Saja Mousa, from the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, has been searching for pieces that can become art paintings that express the extent of the pain that she and her family suffered, and through which she conveys her message to the world.
