This was shot at Miami airport. Previous to this we sat on the tarmac for 2 hours before being told there was no pilot for the flight. We were instructed to deplane and join this incredibly long line to get our flight changed. There were multiple flights cancelled by American Airlines. We were told that if we wanted any information on getting a new flight time we would need to stand on the line and wait to speak to a customer service representative. From what we saw there were only 3 working at the desk at the time and no additional support from American Airlines to manage the hundreds of people who needed assistance.
