Officials released rescued reptiles back into the wild by emptying several plastic containers.

Footage from June 20 shows the officials opening the containers and removing the snakes and lizards.

They then release the rescued reptiles into the forest in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.

Various rescued wildlife creatures were released back into their natural habitat for their best interest in central India's Madhya Pradesh on June 20. The incident took place in Sagar.

Visuals feature the rescuers approaching the woods to release the reptiles confined inside several containers in broad daylight. They further open free all the venomous snakes, along with monitor lizards, back into the wild while they crawl their way into the forest cover and disappear into their natural habitat.

The serpent expert, identified as Akeel Baba, and his son returned venomous snakes like a black cobra and Russell's viper to the dense forest, along with monitor lizards, after ensuring their safety. The rescuers had captured these reptiles over a period of eight days and decided to free them into the wild to avoid any mishap.
