Serbian chef shows of how to make the best POPPY ROLLS.

Ingridients and written recipe:

Dough:
- 50g of sugar
-100g flour
- 20g of fresh yeast
- 200ml of lukewarm milk

To stand for 15 minutes.

Then add:
- 50ml of oil
- 50g sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 350g of flour

To stand for 15 minutes.

Stuffing:
-250g ground walnuts
-100g of sugar
-150ml of hot milk

-200g poppy
-100g of sugar
-50g grits
-150ml of hot milk


BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES ON 175C (PUT IN COLD OVEN FIRST)
Finally, melt 50g of butter and coat the strudel.
