The police officials arrested seven people involved in the production and sale of fake shampoo in central India's Madhya Pradesh on June 21. The incident took place in Jabalpur.

Visuals feature the police officials conducting a raid where the miscreants were camping. The team seizes a mini-pickup truck full of items, including fake shampoos, chemicals, and empty bottles of branded shampoos. Further, they arrest seven people from the region, and later a cop reveals the details of the case.

Acting on a tip, the police officials raided two hotel rooms and busted an illegal shampoo production unit. They confiscated the empty and filled shampoo bottles of different quantities and the chemicals used for manufacturing the fake goods. Following this, they arrested seven people from Uttar Pradesh camping out in the hotel for their involvement in the case.

The men manufactured fake shampoos and then refilled branded bottles to further sell the goods. Moreover, they booked two rooms at the hotel, one where they produced the fake shampoo and the other where they packed it. The police officials arrested the gang and registered cases against them under the relevant sections of the law.

Moreover, the team that conducted the operation included Superintendent of Police (SP) Rohit Kashwani and R.D. Bharadwaj, and the station-in-charge, SPS Baghel.
