Serbian chef shows of how to make deliciouse cheescake!
Ingridients and written recipe:
FIRST LAYER:
- Ground plasma (300 grams)
- Melted butter (200 grams)
- Orange juice (2dl)
SECOND LAYER:
- Half a liter of sweet sour cream
- Ella cheese (400 grams)
- Powdered sugar (250 grams)
- Stir two bags of gelatin (20g) with 1 dl of water over low heat (it must not boil)
THIRD LAYER:
- Forest frozen fruit (400g) Medium fire 30min
- 2dl of water
- 120g of sugar
- Again, stir two bags of gelatin (20g) with 1 dl of water over low heat (it must not boil)
After that, leave it in the fridge for 6 hours and the cheesecake is ready!
