Here's her description of her process: "[I] draw a digital picture in Procreate, prints it with a laser printer, put a foil transfer sheet on top, run both through a laminator, and this video shows the process of removing the foil sheet from the paper. The heat and pressure from the laminator make the toner stick to the foil."
