An animal rescuer from southern India freed a lizard that was trapped in a fishing net on Saturday (June 26).

Footage showed an expert called Chella using scissor to carefully snip away the net to release the stricken reptile.

The incident took place in the Cuddalore in the state of Tamil Nadu.

Fishing people here are using fishing nets. Fishing nets are one of the most widely used nets in the world. It's like today after one of the onan got caught in this fish net.
