World Famous Brahma temple in Pushkar reopend for devotees after the Rajasthan government allowed all religious places to reopen for worship from Monday with strict Covid protocols.

The doors of the Pushkar temple were opened for the common people at 5 AM. Hindu priest performed morning aarti and devotees were seen offering prayers.

Pushkar's Brahma temple was closed from April 15 for the common people due to COVID-induced restrictions and lockdown in the second wave.

It is to mention Ajmer's economy is mostly dependent on religious tourism and in the last two months, there were no tourists or devotees, affecting the business of flower market traders who suffered the most due to the pandemic.

According to the Hindu scripture Padma Purana, Lord Brahma also called 'Father of the World' is the creator of the earth.

People from all over the world come to see Brahma Temple.
