The terrifying clip was taken by an employee working at local tea plantation, who was riding his bike with his colleague in the hilly regions of Manjuur area, located in the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu, South India.
They come across a group of three black bears blocking the road and immediately stop the vehicle.
The workers observe the bears from a distance while they explore the area with one of them climbing up to a patch of grass above.
Suddenly, one of the bears begins to charge at the workers who quickly flee the scene in a panic.
It is not known if anyone was injured or attacked.
The hilly region is located nearby dense forest and wild animals are known to pay a visit to the tea plantations.
