Japan: Seasonal Rain Front Brings Torrential Rain Causing Floods In Shimane 2
The active seasonal rain front brought torrential rain to Shimane Prefecture on Wednesday, July 7 morning.
Evacuation orders have been issued for more than 40,000 homes.
Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) warned about life-threatening floods and issued warnings of heavy rain, and mudslides for the area.
