Incredible footage shows a super-friendly pod of dolphins play alongside a tourist boat off the coast of Mexico.

Yuka Nakajima filmed the the close encounter on 27 June, while exploring the coast of Baja California Sur. The playful pod keep jumping out of the water, making for a moment the filmer will remember for the rest of her life.

The filmer wrote: "We were on the lookout for some pelagic animals during our trip to Baja California Sur and then we found a pod of bottlenose dolphins (over 600) and most of them were very friendly."

She added: "I took this video from my boat and there was this one dolphin that was so close to us that I could literally touch it!"

Dolphins swim along with the filmer's boat as they keep jumping out of the water, making for a remarkable moment, one that Yuka will always remember.
