Japan: Seasonal Rain Front Brings Torrential Rain Causing Floods In Tottori And Shimane
Seasonal rain has brought torrential rain to Shimane and Tottori in Japan. The rain has caused flooding situations. Storm warnings have been issued by The Japan Meteorological Agency for some areas of Shimane and Tottori, and evacuations orders were also issued for 360,000 and 120,000 residents for both prefectures respectively.
