Russia's parks are famously fun in summer evenings and Friday night (9 July) in a park in Yekaterinburg was no exception.

Someone in a giant pink unicorn costume smashed out an enthusiastic rendition of a heavy metal song by System of a Down, to smiles and laughter from passers-by.

The drummer was later joined by a drunk man dancing along too.

As we were walking along the city quay, we heard sounds of System of a Down, one of my most favorite bands of my schooltimes. And as we approached, we saw this hilarious looking guy in a pink unicorn costume playing the drums along to the original track. And if that's not enough, some drunk joined him in the end and started dancing to the beats. Russia is crazy in the evenings!
