An artisan dedicated his precious time to complete his majestic design in eastern India's Odisha on July 8. The incident took place in Gopinathpur in Bhubaneswar.

Visuals feature the man working on his art with woods and matchsticks to create the miniature models of chariots and Hindu deities. Following this, the artist skillfully carves and assembles the matchsticks in precise order after fixing all the minor details. He further paints them with bright colors to make them look more elegant and fascinating, and sets up the entire component for display purposes.

The man, identified as L. Iswar Rao, from Bhubaneshwar crafted miniature models of four-inch chariots of Lord Jagannath, Devi Subhadra, and Lord Balabhadra using matchsticks. It took him around nine days to complete them by using 435 matchsticks and neem woods, ahead of Rath Yatra, while each figure of Hindu deity was one-inch in length.
