Buy video

I was videoing a pair of Australian Pied Oystercatchers (Haematopus longirostris) feeding on the lawn of the Coodanup foreshore on the edge of Peel Inlet, south of Perth, Western Australia when a curious and polite young man called Lucas stopped by and asked what I was doing. I explained that I was a wildlife videomaker and offered to show him how the camera worked. Lucas was an excellent student – this video of the beautiful Pied Oystercatchers is his first attempt at shooting a wildlife video.
