This skater from the Netherlands had a bad slam recently while speeding around a pump track.

Jannes van den Baar was filming his girlfriend Lisa Watermann as she raced around the circuit in Roosendaal last month when she suddenly lost her balance and fell face-first into the track.

Watermann sustained a few cuts and bruises in the fall but nothing serious.

"She's fine now and will be back to skating in no time!" said Van en Baar.

'While wins are to be celebrated, fails exist to remind us how things don't always go according to plan. The latter is what's shown in this video.

In this clip, Jannes van den Baar films his girlfriend, Lisa flexing her skating chops as she cruises on a pump track. However, it doesn't take her long to lose balance and get slammed on the track, incurring minor cuts as a result.

Jannes said: "Filmed my girlfriend skating on the pumptrack when she took a big slam. She's fine now and will be back to skating in no time!"
