Moment dam buckles and bursts due to heavy rainfall in north China
A dam burst due to heavy rainfall in northern China.
The dramatic video was filmed in the city of Hulunbuir in Inner Mongolia on July 18.
The dam collapsed and the floodwater ran out of the Xinfa Reservoir.
Residents downstream from the dam were all evacuated and no casualties were reported.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
