14 Indian Cobra babies retrieved from household in central India
At least 14 snake babies were found inside a house in central India's Madhya Pradesh on July 18. The incident took place in Pawarkheda village, located in the Hoshangabad district.
Visuals feature baby cobras slithering on the floor. A serpent expert grabs the little reptiles with a stick-like object with a hook at its end. He picks the snakes one by one and places them inside a plastic jar. Later, he releases the tiny cobras into their natural habitat.
Horror gripped the residents upon spotting their new slithery housemates. Following this, they alerted a serpent expert who rushed to the spot and initiated the rescue operation. He later carried the cobras away and released them into the wild.
